Project Scope

Objective

Amtech Consulting Group aims to provide Circle Magazine with an Integrated Voice Response (IVR) system.  This IVR is intended to automate the current manual process of fielding phone calls from subscribers who have not received or received a damaged magazine.

Below are the key features discussed at the initial discovery meeting.

Direct Dial Phone Number

  • Assign a local phone number that can be used to either dial directly or to be used to forward calls from the Circle phone system.

Export/Email Spreadsheet

  • A method to export the spreadsheet to the delivery service
  • A method to email the spreadsheet if desired from the system

Automated System

  • Services Include
    • Location menu
    • Lookup existing subscriber and confirm mailing address
      • If no match found offer caller to be transferred to live rep
    • Complaint menu
      • Option to leave a message and email that voicemail

Management Portal

  • Services Include
    • Ability to upload new customers
    • Ability to manually enter in a re-delivery request

(BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN CATEGORIES OF DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, OUR LIABILITY AND THE LIABILITY OF OUR SUBSIDIARY AND PARENT COMPANIES OR AFFILIATES IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY SUCH STATE LAW.) IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES, OR WITH ANY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE AND THE PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND/OR MATERIALS.

Payments
Your purchase of a product or service constitutes a legally binding contract. Fees are due and payable in full on the first of each month.  In the event that a payment becomes delinquent, Company reserves the right to pursue collection efforts to recover the full amount of the contract due. In the event a legal or collection dispute arises, Company shall have the right to collect from you the reasonable costs and necessary disbursements and attorney’s fees incurred in enforcing this agreement.

Proposal Expiration

  • Proposal is valid until 30 days after it has been submitted.
