Project Scope
Objective
Amtech Consulting Group aims to provide Charidy.com with a telephony based payment processing platform providing their clients with yet another “channel” available to donors worldwide.
Charidy.com is a Crowdfunding style fundraising facilitator. They provide their clients with a web based platform allowing visitors to submit their donations for specific charitable organizations.
Below are the key features discussed at the initial discovery meeting.
Dedicated phone numbers per campaign
- Available call-in numbers from various countries
- USA, Canada, UK & Israel
- Additional countries available upon request
Greeting caller and Language Choice
- Ability to upload custom greetings for each client
- Language menu – currently configured for 3 languages
- English, Hebrew and Yiddish
Multi Currency Support
- Multi currency support
- US Dollar, Canadian Dollar, British Pound, NIS
Team ID support
- Apply donations to campaign team IDs
Donor identity options
- Offer callers/donors the option to select from a list of caller ID options when making their donation.
Live rep support
- Ability to transfer callers to external phone numbers.
Call detail log
- Log all call flow details
Gateway integration
- Multi gateway support
- Currently supporting Stripe
Robo call blast service
- Robo call blast service – proactively target donors with call blast service
- List of numbers must be provided by the charity organization or end user

Costs
- Hosting platform – $0/month
- Campaign activation fee – $75
- DIDs (phone numbers) – $0

- Per minute rate – $0.02 (all per min rates are billed in 60 sec increments)
- Phone Lines/Channels – 20 concurrent calls included per campaign
Optional Fees
- International DIDs and related channels
- Pricing determined based on country and availability
- Additional US/Canada/UK/Israel channels available on a per case basis – $20 per block of 10 channels

- Billed in half hour increments
Terms & Conditions
Conditions
- All additional work will be billed at our standard rates unless an additional proposal is made for this project.
- Credit card required on file.
- Exclusivity
- A list of a direct competitors will be provided to Amtech by Charidy.com.
- The list of competitors must be provided to AMTECH within 10 days of the execution this agreement.
- Amtech Consulting Group agrees to refrain from selling or marketing the service described above to the direct competitors on said list for the duration of this agreement.
- Minimum Revenue Commitment
- Charidy agrees to generate a minimum of $500 per month resulting from the telephony feature provided by Amtech. In the event this minimum is not met, Charidy agrees to pay the difference between the billed amount and $500.
- Charidy and Amtech agree to revisit the overall progress of the telephony feature and agree to revisit the terms of our agreement in 6 months from the date this agreement is executed.
- Charidy.com agrees to proactively train their sales reps to educate and present the Telephony Based Payment Processing Feature as described above to all future charidy.com clients as well as add it as an available feature on the charidy.com website and any other available product or marketing/sales literature.
- Charidy agrees to email their existing clients announcing the arrival of the new telephony feature.
- Charidy agrees to reasonably include this feature in future communications with their existing clients.
- Charidy agrees to update the client campaign page to prominently display the campaign dial-in number.
- Charidy agrees to the terms located in the Master Professional Services Agreement
Exclusions
- Any work outside the scope of this work or work related to the maintenance or support beyond the launching phase shall be subject to additional fees.
- Additional functionalities and requirements not mentioned above.
- Configuration changes after the system has been completed.

Proposal Expiration
